I have worked professionally with animals from being a veterinary assistant to having a kennel-free dog boarding business to personally as a volunteer for shelters, dog rescue organizations and with close relationships with many species of animals throughout my life. There is a connection. The ‘divine appointment’ came in 2020. From an online search for cell salts, I found Applied Zoopharmagnosy.

The opportunity to study with Caroline may have been a once in a lifetime experience, as she isn’t presently offering the same coursework. But the learning for me never stops as each animal, like people, is a special individual, unique in their needs, preferences and emotions. Caroline has been indescribably devoted for over 40 years and along with her husband Martin, they have evolved to mainly teaching professionals, writing books, interviews, managing past student forums, and probably a lot more.

Part of the reason this work isn’t more-recognized is because the powers that were tried to give Caroline and AZ a bad name (even though it is an ancient practice). It is very effective, and can’t be patented.

Connecting with and helping animals heal is my deepest passion. I have a tender spot for older animals and a genuine love for all sentient beings. A gift - a way to help us with emotional balance and to feel unconditional love. What a sacrifice they make. I have learned through being a practitioner just how many feelings they have. Not only do they similar emotions as we do, but by nature, they take on ours.

As a guide in support their innate ability to heal themselves physically and emotionally, it is an honor to carry this knowledge, as there are few practitioners in the US. The gratification of seeing guardians relieved, pets realizing they are being listened to, and observing the bond strengthen between them, makes the work all the more rewarding.

It is my intention that this work transforms the outdated but essential care of sentient beings everywhere as we remember and help them to remember their ancient abilities...supporting them in regaining their rightful voice, evolving as a species and moving away from the outdated ways of synthetic medicine.

With awareness comes great responsibility.

The love that inspires this work is dedicated to my Soul dog, Rio. Thank you for showing me what unconditional love is. I can’t wait to see you again.

Applied Zoopharmacognosy Practitioners understand the therapeutic effects and associations of over 80 remedies that animals select. The practitioner's role is to offer and observe. We learn the science of how plant compounds work in the body, what to offer for particular symptoms & behaviors, and by what the animal selects, it points to why. When a change in their physical and emotional well-being is observed, the results speak for themselves.

The goal is for the animal to work with as few remedies as possible to achieve the desired result.
