About Sessions | Fees
Sessions are held online where your animal can be with you at home. I will guide you with offering the remedies.

A remedy kit is needed (requirement) for session. I have no financial ties. They are high quality essential oils and extracts for professional use.
So we can make sure your animal has what he or she needs, please wait to order until after we have spoken. There could be additional items your animal needs that aren't in the kit.

Essential oil revenue is around $10 billion in the US. In order to produce at a cheaper cost, many have fillers or are a synthetic version of a plant that smells the same, making it difficult to tell the difference. The remedies we work with are the ones we know animals will select, and are from the source/s listed above.

Fees:
Initial session:
$135/first hour, $55/each additional 30 minutes
First and sometimes further sessions run longer. The length depends on individual needs. Maximum session time is 90 minutes or based on availability. If your animal needs more time, if I am not available, a follow-up session can be scheduled.
If an hour session is booked & runs longer, an invoice* will be sent for the balance or, selecting 'Additional Minutes' on the 'Booking' page also works.

Follow up sessions:
$55/30 minutes
If a half hour session is booked & runs longer, length of session is based on individual needs and can be adjusted based on availability. An invoice* will be sent for the balance or, selecting 'Additional Minutes' on the 'Booking' page also works.

Follow-up support:
With the nature of support, for questions I am able to answer by email in a couple minutes, I am happy to help. If you prefer a video consultation, please book a follow-up. If you prefer email, thank you for understanding that support in that way is charged because it's been shown to take quite a bit of time. If you prefer this, I will send an invoice afterward.
Payments accepted:
Presently, PayPal is accepted when booking through the website.
Session length: The session length will depend on your animal's needs with the first usually longer. It is possible that just one session could be needed. With support individualized & based on the animal's needs, we hand this over to them as our guide. The goal is to support them to a healing place (a relaxed state where they sometimes go to sleep) in as short amount of time as possible.
The need for remedies goes down over time, with the aim being that they are no longer needed when symptoms clear. A top-up might needed from time to time.
Sessions are non-refundable.
Cancelations:
Within 24 hours: Full refund
Less than 24 hours: $55 retained
Missed appointment: With the nature of scheduling, refunds are not provided for missed appointments.
